Role: Resident Engineer – Roadway & Bridge Construction

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Overseeing daily construction activities and contractor performance
• Managing documentation, pay estimates, RFIs, and change orders
• Leading coordination meetings with agencies, contractors, and utilities
• Ensuring compliance with plans, specs, safety, and quality standards
• Monitoring schedule, cost, and project risks
• Preparing project closeout documentation per IDOT, ISTHA, and CDOT standards

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
• Illinois PE (preferred) or EIT with strong field experience
• 5+ years in roadway/bridge construction inspection
• Experience with IDOT, Illinois Tollway, or CDOT projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Role: Office Administrator I Proposal & Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to support daily administrative functions, employee lifecycle processes, proposal coordination, and marketing activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient office operations and supporting business development efforts.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, records, and compliance
• Coordinate day-to-day office operations, vendors, and logistics
• Support proposal development (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) and submissions
• Track opportunities and maintain proposal records
• Assist with marketing efforts (website updates, LinkedIn, events)
• Organize company events and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage document systems (Google Drive) and office communications

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of administrative or office operations experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
