Title: Senior Construction Engineer
Minimum Education: Master’s degree in construction or civil engineering
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year (12 months)

Job Description:
- Review project details and ensure compliance with contract plans and technical specifications
- Prepare engineering project documentation in accordance with quality management plans
- Implement quality control and quality assurance plans and prepare necessary documentation in accordance with federal guidelines / regulations
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility
- Recommend technical engineering design or process changes to improve efficiency, quality, or performance
- Assess ways to improve currently utilized technology
- Review project construction documentation prepared by field engineers for conformance to regulatory requirements
- Review and understand engineering design plans and specifications to enable oversight and compliance
- Provide technical advice to managerial personnel regarding design, construction, program modifications, or structural repairs.
- Manage and work with a team of engineers on the construction, operations and/or maintenance activities at a project site
Minimum Skills Required: (1) Prepare engineering project documentation in accordance with quality management plans; (2) Implement quality control and quality assurance plans and prepare necessary documentation in accordance with federal guidelines / regulations; (3) Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility

Travel: Approximately 10% domestic travel to unanticipated client sites nationally
Salary Range: $87,000.00 – $97,000.00
